Seeder is the First rank into the GlobalMinds Coorperative Project.
Every Member registering passes through this stage.
It is he most basic (Smallest:N6,200) of all Packages - Seed Planting Account.
Seeder is the rank you are on when you do basic (N10,000) registration;
Cluster Leader is someone who has registered as a seeder but has got 7 cluster members (at least, with seeders account) under you.
This moves you into the Rank of Farmer Immediately.
